Job Summary:
The Amazon E-commerce Executive is responsible for driving sales and optimizing the company's presence on the Amazon platform. This role involves managing product listings, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance the visibility and conversion rate of products on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Store Management:
Manage the company's presence on the Amazon platform, including creating and optimizing product listings, ensuring accurate product information, images, and prices.

Implement Amazon's best practices for listing optimization, including keyword research and content enhancement.

Product Listings and Catalog Management:
Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling product listings that drive sales and align with the company's brand messaging.

Monitor and update product catalog, ensuring proper categorization and availability status.

Amazon Advertising and Marketing:
Plan, execute, and monitor Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Advertising.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting products and increasing visibility.

Inventory and Order Management:
Regularly update and manage inventory levels on Amazon to prevent stockouts and ensure accurate availability information.

Monitor and process online orders, ensuring timely order fulfillment and a seamless customer experience.

Performance Metrics Analysis:
Utilize Amazon Seller Central and other analytics tools to track performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.

Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and pricing on the Amazon platform.

Provide insights to the team about competitive strategies and potential areas for differentiation.

Customer Feedback and Reviews:
Respond to customer reviews and feedback on Amazon to maintain a positive brand image and address customer concerns.

Amazon SEO and Content Optimization:
Implement SEO strategies on Amazon to improve product visibility within search results.

Optimize product content, including titles, bullet points, and product descriptions, for better conversion rates.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in managing Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising campaigns.

In-depth understanding of Amazon's platform, policies, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Amazon performance data.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization and time management.

Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and other relevant e-commerce tools.

Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.

Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with Amazon's evolving features and guidelines.
