We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider. We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers. We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug – 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar’24) and became NPCI- an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants. What will you doAs a Project Coordinator at NPST, you will play a critical role in supporting project managers by managing the day-to-day administrative and operational aspects of multiple fintech projects. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Your organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail will be key in driving cross-functional teams toward the achievement of project milestones in the dynamic fintech environment. Job responsibilities: Project Documentation & Planning: Assist project managers in developing key project management documents, including project charters, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments tailored to fintech initiatives.Client Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, assessing their needs, defining fintech project requirements, establishing acceptance criteria, and ensuring expectations are aligned from the outset.Review & Analysis of Requirements Documents: Collaborate with Business Analysts to review Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), ensuring that the project scope aligns with client expectations and the broader fintech objectives.Resource Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right tools, systems, and personnel are available at each project stage.Task Allocation: Assign tasks to team members, ensuring clarity in terms of fintech project goals, deliverables, and deadlines, while fostering accountability.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key liaison between the project team and stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure transparency with regular updates on fintech project progress.Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze project progress using fintech-specific metrics, providing detailed reports to project managers and stakeholders on performance, risks, and potential bottlenecks.Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings, documenting key takeaways, decisions, and next steps. Ensure consistent communication flow between project managers and stakeholders.Collaboration & Team Support: Foster cross-team collaboration, ensuring fintech team members have access to the knowledge and resources they need to execute tasks effectively. Encourage a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.Risk Management Support: Aid in identifying potential risks specific to fintech projects and contribute to the implementation of risk mitigation strategies. Ensure that team members adhere to risk management plans.What are we looking for: Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within the fintech or technology sector.Strong understanding of financial technologies, digital payment systems, or software development projects.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.Solid financial acumen with experience in handling budgets, invoices, and procurement.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Proficiency in project management software.Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work. Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills. Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
