Ensure complete IT Operation activities are in Payment Card Industry compliance The Head IT Operations will be bridge between Bank and Management Team for day to day operational activities, issues and escalations Be part of frequency meetings with Banks for issues, requirements raised by Bank and work towards closure of open items with respect to IT Operations Liaise with various internal stakeholders like IT Infrastructure, Banks IT, Vendor IT, Payment Networks Teams to setup new connectivity or troubleshooting of existing connectivity issues. Efficiency in Vendor identification, negotiation and vendor on-boarding required for Banking echo system Must have very good knowledge of NPCI, VISA and MasterCard interfaces, should be able to communicate with respective payment network SPOCs for any new requirements, BIN Certifications, Bank on boarding process, and customer related queries etc. Efficient in interacting and negotiating with clients for follow-up on unresolved issues, analyzing and resolving problems, performing due-diligence, system study & analysis, reporting, so on;
