Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within assigned territories.
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities within the territory, including new customer acquisition and existing account management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to drive sales initiatives and address customer needs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable business agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on territory performance and strategy execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

  • Sales Strategy: Developing and executing effective sales plans and strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and partners.
  • Communication: Articulating value propositions and persuasively presenting sales proposals.
  • Negotiation: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Analytical: Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in territory management or field sales roles.
  • Familiarity with the industry or market segment relevant to the assigned territory.
  • Sales training or certification.
