Staff Augmentation Focus: Utilize your knowledge of staff augmentation to identify and engage with companies in need of IT staffing solutions, leveraging your expertise to address their specific needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the business development and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategies and business objectives.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on lead generation activities, including call volumes, conversion rates, and pipeline status. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing lead generation efforts.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized engagement with prospects.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in outbound lead generation, including cold calling and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a strong focus on the US and UK markets.
Industry Expertise: Proven experience in IT services and consulting, with a solid understanding of staff augmentation. Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in generating leads and securing meetings with decision-makers. Strong grasp of sales processes and techniques.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling outreach messages and engaging effectively with prospects.
Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct market research and identify potential leads within targeted industries.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing and tracking lead generation activities.
Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze lead generation performance data and adjust strategies to improve results.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Shift Timings - 1PM - 10 PM
