Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Creative Head

to lead our brand’s creative direction, content development, and overall visual identity. You will be responsible for managing creative teams, developing engaging campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. If you are a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision and passion for fashion, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Leadership:• Define and drive Jisora’s creative direction across all platforms, including social media, website, advertising campaigns, and branding.• Develop innovative content strategies and creative campaigns that reflect the brand’s core values and fashion-forward identity.• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and oversee the development of all creative assets.

Content & Campaign Development:• Conceptualize and oversee the execution of product launches, lookbooks, brand films, and ad campaigns.• Supervise the creation of photoshoots, videos, and editorial content, ensuring top-tier quality and brand consistency.• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align creative strategies with business goals.

Team & Project Management:• Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, including designers, content creators, photographers, and videographers.• Manage project timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and oversee the end-to-end creative production process.

Brand Consistency & Innovation:• Maintain and elevate Jisora’s brand identity by ensuring consistency in design, tone, and messaging across all channels.• Stay updated on the latest fashion, design, and social media trends to keep the brand’s creative approach fresh and relevant.

Requirements:•

Experience:

5+ years in a creative leadership role within fashion, lifestyle, or a similar industry.•

Creative Expertise:

Proven experience in developing and executing creative campaigns, photoshoots, and digital content.•

Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership, team management, and project management capabilities.•

Design & Content Tools:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other creative tools.•

Strategic Vision:

Ability to blend creativity with business goals and deliver data-driven creative solutions.•

Trend Awareness:

Strong knowledge of current fashion, social media, and content marketing trends.•

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing past creative projects, campaigns, and team leadership experience.
