About Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to drive the entire frontend backlog for our teams in Zug and HK. This role requires someone with a strong background in agile methodologies and experience in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will oversee the development lifecycle of each squad, ensuring features align with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Squad Development and Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the development and lifecycle of each squad.
Organize refinements, translating wireframes into actionable requirements.
Agile Ceremony Establishment:
Establish and manage all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
User Story Management:
Write detailed user stories.
Ensure features meet customer needs and align with business goals by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Design and Engineering.
Feature Prioritization:
Prioritize features and break down ideas into manageable parts.
Ensure the feasibility and timely delivery of features.
Requirements:
Experience: 7+ years
Proven Fintech/banking experience in a similar role within a startup or fast-paced environment.
Multi-stakeholder Management:
Ability to operate effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment across different geographies.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
Product Delivery:
Demonstrated ability to deliver products and features from concept to launch.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours to manage coordination between teams in Zug and HK.
