  • Job Title : Resource Management Executive
  • Experience Details : MBA – HR or BE/MCA/BBA/MSc with 2-6 years work experience

People Management Group (PMG) at Tavant is a business enabler function, that partners with business in driving Workforce availability & readiness, Profitable growth & Operational excellence across Talent Supply Chain

The group focuses on workforce planning & forecasting, managing people demand, fulfilment, re-deployment, workforce allocation & utilization and creating new systems & processes for the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with Business Stakeholders for allocations, bench, overheads & utilization tracking and managing unit-level MIS reporting & reviews of the same
  • Managing allocations & demand quality, Tracking open demands & Ensuring timely approvals/closures
  • Internal & External Fulfilment with Recruitment team & PMG Central team's help across Accounts/Units
  • Bench Management – Periodic interactions with people on bench, Bench tracking & minimization, Bench forecasting & redeployment, Productive use/training of bench
  • Minimizing cost of replacement, bench & overheads and time to deploy from hiring date.
  • Work with Delivery units to create upskilling & rotation plans, Leveraging Train & Deploy Model
  • Technical interview panel coordination for hiring with Delivery teams.
  • Tracking & improving Timesheet Compliance & Individual/Unit Level Utilization
  • Identifying process/system improvement areas from business/people perspectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in engineering/IT/management (BE/BTech/MCA/MBA).
  • Overall 2-6 years of work experience in Resource Management (RMG) or Workforce Management roles
  • Ownership & drive to take actions to closure with business.
  • Self-Managed and Disciplined to close tasks timely – Demonstrates speed in actions
  • Good Problem Solving, Analytical & Quantitative Ability, Attention to details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of Resource Allocation, Internal & External Demand Fulfillment (IJP/Reallocation, Recruitment) & Effort (Timesheet) Tracking Processes
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel - Pivots/VLOOKUPs/Macros/Graphs & PowerPoint
  • Desirable: Awareness of SDLC & various IT Services - Application Development / Cloud / Data / AIML, Enterprise Package Implementation or Product Development
  • Tools: DarwinBox, Oracle Peoplesoft HCM/FSCM, SuccessFactors HR & Finance modules, TurboHire, Zwayam, Taleo, Digite’ – For people allocation, project creation, timesheet management, utilization & bench management.
