The TI Analytic and DataGovernance Team within Siemens Energy SV is looking for data minded resourcespossessing a detail orientated mindset with either previous knowledge, or astrong willingness to learn, with regards to the power plant market. We arelooking for a resource that will validate and maintain Serialized PartsTracking data and to possibly support in other areas such as unit operating& outage data.

Serialized parts trackingdata and Fleet operating & outage data, and the statistics derived fromthat data are a foundational data sets leveraged by the organization for manyreasons such as ensuring Siemens Energy is providing the right products andservices to continuously improve the in-market availability of our customers’assets. The FDM organization provides a link between Siemens Energy and itscustomers by collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting out unit andfleet operating statistics. The high quality of our data is an essentialenabler to being a successful Data Driven Company.

·You will be working closely with our teams in Berlin, Mulheim andOrlando to ensure Tracked Serialized Parts are properly documented in thesystem of record and that the data correctly flows to downstream applications.You will that the reported data aligns with standards and ensure the data isvalidated, coded, and entered correctly into the database. This position is based in Gurgaon(India) and may involve working in morning or night shifts.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

Working knowledge of power plants – specifically gas turbines is desired. Ability to interpret/validate serialized parts tracking datasheetsis required. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. Familiarity with IEEE 762 desired but not required. Familiarity with (data from) FDM or USI is a plus. Job Skills Include: Strong attention to detail and ability/willingness to learn. Demonstrates focus on quality and continuous improvement. Good analytical and organizational skills (e.g. validating datafrom multiple sources) Ability to develop good working relationships. Open minded global collaboration skills and the willingness towork across borders. Effective verbal & written communication in English
