Role Overview

As a Creative Lead , you will drive GenAI-powered creative transformation, aligning brand strategies with scalable content operations across various channels and markets. Your role involves leading strategic initiatives, designing GenAI-driven content supply chains, and crafting brand narratives that resonate across platforms. Working with cross-functional teams, you will ensure flawless execution, driving business value through innovative storytelling and creative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership : Lead GenAI-driven creative agendas, engaging senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Brand Strategy Translation : Convert brand strategies into scalable creative operations across channels and markets.
  • Capability Assessment : Evaluate marketing capabilities, creating GenAI roadmaps and enhancing processes for better performance.
  • Content Supply Chain Design : Develop GenAI-enabled content supply chains to support global-to-local content creation, localization, and personalization.
  • Narrative Development : Craft brand positioning, creative territories, and storytelling approaches tailored to different segments.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Content Production Oversight : Oversee multi-format content production, ensuring seamless integration across ATL, BTL, and digital media.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ensure creative alignment by collaborating with media, studios, and tech teams.
  • Business Value Articulation : Link GenAI-driven creativity to KPIs like engagement, efficiency, and reach.
  • Requirements
  • Degree in Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 10–13 years of experience in creative delivery and marketing operations, preferably with agency experience.
  • 3+ years of GenAI expertise, with a strong portfolio showcasing results.
  • Strong leadership, technical proficiency, and experience in content production management.
  • Familiarity with generative AI frameworks and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney).
  • Creative Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with creative technologies and GenAI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Sora, Veo 3).
