About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with an art directors mindset. This role offers the opportunity to lead creative vision for campaigns, guide designers and ensure every asset aligns with a high creative standard.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead visual direction for key brand campaigns and creative initiatives
  • Provide art direction and feedback to designers and creative partners
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers and strategists to align creative concepts
  • Ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints
  • Explore new trends and integrate them into the brands creative direction
Requirements
  • 57 years of experience in graphic design with art direction exposure
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and high-quality campaigns
  • Strong conceptual thinking paired with execution ability
  • Leadership skills to guide junior designers and freelancers
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to design challenges
