We work closely with builders, architects, and contractors to deliver cutting-edge, durable, and elegant window systems.As we expand, we are looking to build a dynamic Sales Team to drive growth and build strong client relationships across the region.Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell Aditya Birla's Totalis System Aluminium Windows to customers, builders, contractors, architects, and project consultants.- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.- Conduct site visits and client meetings to present product solutions.- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and contracts.- Understand technical specifications and communicate them effectively to clients.- Build strong, trust-based relationships with industry professionals.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.Candidate Requirements:- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory)- Experience: 1-5 years in sales Filed in aluminium windows, UPVC, glass or interior products (mandatory).Skills:- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong negotiation and closing skills- Self-driven and target-oriented- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)- Willingness to travel across assigned regions in RajasthanWhy Join Aiger Windows?- Opportunity to work with a premium brand – Aditya Birla’s Totalis System Aluminium Windows- Attractive Salary + Incentives- Career growth in the booming real estate and construction industry- Product training and sales support- Travel and communication allowancesHow to Apply:Email your CV to: :
