In a 25-acre fully residential campus in Delhi NCR, Rishihood has students from 27 different states and 4 countries within just 3 years. It gives interdisciplinary learning that includes a set of foundational courses, a choice of majors and minors, a bias towards hands-on learning, and holistic development that includes physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual well-being.


About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer/Photographer to join our team. This on-campus role requires capturing real-time events, activities, and campus life to produce high-quality, aesthetically pleasing outputs that align with our mission and values. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage quick turnarounds.


Expectations

  • Capture high-quality videos and photographs of events, activities, and campus life in real-time.
  • Stay on-campus to ensure events and activities are documented as they happen.
  • Engage with students, faculty, and participants to enhance the quality and authenticity of the footage.
  • Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, and other equipment to produce professional-grade outputs.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain the footage database, ensuring easy access for stakeholders.
  • Quickly edit, upload, and share captured footage with relevant teams for promotional or documentation purposes.
  • Directly upload videos to platforms like YouTube, ensuring proper metadata, tags, and descriptions for optimal visibility.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to align outputs with branding guidelines and messaging.
  • Preference : Understanding of scripting and screenwriting to ensure footage captured conveys a clear and impactful message.

Requirements


  • Proven experience as a videographer/photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing work in events, candid shoots, and storytelling.
  • Strong technical knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and video editing techniques.
  • Familiarity with YouTube uploading and optimization processes, including metadata, tags, and descriptions.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage equipment effectively and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and share a comprehensive footage database.
  • Flexibility to adapt to on-campus schedules and event requirements.
  • Quick turnaround time (TAT) in capturing, editing, and sharing footage.
