About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Expert to design, implement, and maintain MongoDB database solutions that meet our business requirements. This role involves optimizing database performance through proper indexing, sharding, and replication techniques, as well as collaborating with development teams to create and optimize APIs and data access layers.

  • Design and implement MongoDB database solutions to support business growth.
  • Optimize database performance by leveraging advanced techniques such as indexing, sharding, and replication.
  • Work closely with development teams to create efficient APIs and data access layers.
  • Conduct regular database health checks and implement monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on MongoDB best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of database architecture and data modeling.
  • Proven experience in performance tuning and optimization of MongoDB databases.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of database security best practices.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cloud databases or hybrid solutions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. In return, we offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
