Support to update and cascade the Manage Business Performance process across D&IS organization 

• Guarantee the right correlation between business objectives (AiM) and KPI tree with the relevant user stories as input of the reportings tools.

• Drive the Central D&IS KPIs reporting cycle to management team • Coordinate, animate and harmonize the Global Performance community across D&IS organization 

• Boost automation and digitalization for Performance measurement methods 

• Develop application, deploy application and coach users

• Have the role of product owner in agile development with nearshore teams 

• Secure the proper adoption for methods (data source and capturing, KPI levels, standard KPIs) in D&IS Métiers, Regions, Platforms and Sites 

• be able to present datas clearly, easy for all stakeholders (from top management to operational teams) in order to take decision and improve excellence operational

• Manage local master data and specific master data for D&IS, ensure proposer master data description from ORCHESTRA

• As based in India (and report to India performance) become the window person for project and program performance reporting, key point of contact to cascade to APAC teams and get feedback and return of experience of APAC end users. And also with IS&T team based in Banaglore.

• Support APAC planner’s teams in enhancing visibility on delivery data and improve data quality.

• Develop the central BI culture within the planning community in APAC

Urgent requirement
