Join us and be part of an organization that's shaping the future of payments, renowned for its market leadership and commitment to innovationPosition: Fullstack Engineering ManagerQualifications & Skills● Proven 8 to 12 years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.● Knowledge of multiple back-end languages - Java, node, and typescript and JavaScript  framework (e.gAngular, React).● Good with databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgres, Redis).● Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).● A pragmatic approach to architecture and design, which recognizes when it's OK to diverge from best practices for the sake of practicality.● Work towards creating and designing systems that can scale.● Follow best practices of product development - like peer review, documentation, and following code standards.● Should possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate diligence in tasks such as conducting thorough code reviews.● Excellent communication and team handling skillsWhy should you join?● Strategic Leadership in Architecture: Take charge of designing and driving scalable, high-performance architectures for CARD91's cutting-edge payments infrastructure.
