Work LocationKochi, Kerala, IndiaRoleTechnology LeadPurposeTo develop a new Payment SystemKey ActivitiesUnderstand the business requirements.Collabarate with BA to convert business requirements to technical solutions.Collaborate with Architect and validate the design.Effort Estimation.Prepare design document and architecture digrams.break down the complex tasks to simple understandable tasks for the team members.work breakdown and allocation.Team ManagementCode Review and Quality CheckIntegration and prepare the deliverables and handover to implementation teamValidate deliverables against requirement specificationMonitor the progress and mitigate the risks and manage to complete on time.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsGraduate in Engineering (Computer Science/Electronics & Communication) preferredAt least 10 years in developmentBanking domain experience preferredPrimary Skills: .Net Core and C# and MVC , MS SQL ,UML diagramsGood to have: Cloud and Containerized Platform, AngularCommunication, Team Management, Customer Management
