Technology Lead - .NET (10+ Years)

Role

Technology Lead

Purpose

To develop a new Payment System

Key Activities

  • Understand the business requirements.
  • Collabarate with BA to convert business requirements to technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Architect and validate the design.
  • Effort Estimation.
  • Prepare design document and architecture digrams.
  • break down the complex tasks to simple understandable tasks for the team members.
  • work breakdown and allocation.
  • Team Management
  • Code Review and Quality Check
  • Integration and prepare the deliverables and handover to implementation team
  • Validate deliverables against requirement specification
  • Monitor the progress and mitigate the risks and manage to complete on time.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Graduate in Engineering (Computer Science/Electronics & Communication) preferred
  • At least 10 years in development
  • Banking domain experience preferred
  • Primary Skills: .Net Core and C# and MVC , MS SQL ,UML diagrams
  • Good to have: Cloud and Containerized Platform, Angular
  • Communication, Team Management, Customer Management
