Position: Network/System Administrator

• Senior Network/System Administrator
• Junior Network/System Administrator
• Network/System Technician

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields
• Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, RHCE, Microsoft Certified: Linux Administrator, CompTIA Network+/Security+

Experience Requirements:

• Senior Network/System Administrator: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level IT systems, including server infrastructure, network security, and virtualization.
• Junior Network/System Administrator: Minimum 2 years of experience in institutional IT management, with exposure to LAN/WAN setups, firewall configurations, and system maintenance.
• Network/System Technician: 0 to 2 years of experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, user support, and basic network diagnostics.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates should demonstrate:

• Expertise in LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and network security
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage IT assets, documentation, and compliance audits
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
