We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the platform runs smoothly and efficiently while helping to maximize the ROI on Salesforce investments.


  • Maintain, configure, and update Salesforce systems, including custom objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure data integrity, perform data validation, and manage duplicate records.
  • Assist with user access control, permission sets, and profiles to ensure proper user rights.
  • Handle regular Salesforce releases and ensure they are implemented smoothly.
  • Customize Salesforce pages, apps, and layouts to meet organizational requirements.
  • Develop custom workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
  • Build reports and dashboards to provide business insights and metrics.
  • Create and manage automation processes (e.g., approval processes, email templates, etc.).
  • Provide ongoing support for users, including troubleshooting issues and answering inquiries.
  • Train and guide end-users on best practices and how to use Salesforce effectively.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and existing staff on system updates and new features.
  • Work with technical teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and systems.
  • Manage and ensure high-quality data is entered into Salesforce, including performing periodic data cleanses.
  • Develop and maintain processes for data import and export.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with management and departments to identify opportunities for improving the Salesforce environment and processes.
  • Implement best practices and troubleshoot issues as needed.
