  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive speaker acquisition for international B2B corporate events through LinkedIn targeting, research, and outreach campaigns.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with industry leaders, CXOs, and subject-matter experts.
  • Coordinate with speakers on event participation, topics, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality event content and smooth execution.

  • Maintain accurate speaker databases, communication records, and reports.

  • Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in event management / speaker acquisition / corporate outreach preferred.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn research & outreach; knowledge of mailing tools is a plus.
  • A well-maintained LinkedIn profile reflecting professionalism.

  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in international time zones (3 PM – 11 PM IST).
