Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Performance:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of telecallers or inside sales representatives to consistently achieve targets.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment that encourages excellence and collaboration.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead conversion and consultation bookings.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align team objectives with organizational goals.
  • Ensure high-quality client interactions and a seamless experience from initial contact to consultation.

3. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track team metrics, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights to management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancing team efficiency.

4. Training & Development:

  • Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members and keep them updated on products and services.
  • Provide constructive feedback to individuals to help them achieve their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a team leadership role, preferably in telesales, customer service, or inside sales.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage, motivate, and elevate a diverse team.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and performance tracking systems.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to resolving challenges and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Dynamic Personality: High energy, confidence, and a passion for driving results.
