As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth.


Job Summary: The Sales Manager at iGene Labserve will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, preferable a deep understanding of the laboratory equipment and the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships. This role requires a results- driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Strategic Planning:-

·    Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

·    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.


2.   Team Leadership:

·    Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success.

·    Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.


3.   Client Relationship Management:

·    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

·    Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.


 4.   Product Knowledge:

·    Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive products to effectively position iGene Labserve's offerings.

·    Provide ongoing training to the sales team to ensure a deep understanding of our product portfolio to them.


Qualifications:

·    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

·    Proven experience in sales leadership roles, within the laboratory equipment industry will be plus.

·    Strong understanding of laboratory equipment and technology trends will be plus.

·    Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.

·    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·    Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.

·    Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
