
Customer Relationship Management Consultant

The role of the Inhouse Consultant CRM is the administration and support of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Automate / Power Apps used in the content of CRM and the support of users in the responsibility Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement changes using customizations in the applications.
- Create Power Automate and PowerApps in the context of Dynamics 365.
- Monitor and maintain Applications in responsibility area.
- Support users and 1st level support with troubleshooting the applications in the responsibility area (2nd level support)
- Management of security roles
- Data cleaning tasks
- Documentation of administrative tasks
- Participation in implementation projects
Education/ experience / languages:
- B.E. in computer science or equivalent
- At least 5 years in depth experience with CRM administration and support.
- Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service or Customer Service)
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate Flow, Power Apps)
- Ability to do OOTB customizations in Dynamics 365 (CRM, Field Service)
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML
- Experience with JavaScript in Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of C# .NET
- Knowledge with Azure Web Apps, Logic Apps, Function Apps
- English (very good knowledge)
