: Senior Data Scientist - CX AnalyticsFunction/ Department

: Data & AnalyticsRoles & Responsibilities:Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modelling to address business problemsLeverage advance analytics techniques to map customer behavioursDesign, prototype, build and maintain APIs for consumption of machine learning models at scaleFamiliarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, SpaCy, or GenismPerform feature engineering through extracting meaningful features from measured and derived dataPerform exploratory and targeted data analyses to get key insightsCollaborate on MLOPS life cycle & experience with MLOPS workflows & traceability and versioning of datasetsAble to understand business perspective and proactively identify solutions with business problem of ensuring best customer experienceMentor the team of data scientists on model development to containerize and build out the deployment pipelines for new modelsLead and implement Machine Learning projects from initiation through completion with particular focus on automated deployment and ensuring optimized performanceMaintain and optimize the machine learning/deep learning models developed by the Data Scientist and ensure seamless deployment in the cloud analytics platform like AWS while enabling model tracking, model experimentation and model automationKey Success Metrics:Development of models & toolsImplementation & effective usage of modelsDelivering Models as per Business Alignment and expected qualityDesign & Creation of campaign strategies independentlyTracking of Models performance as per expectationEducational Qualifications:Graduation: Bachelor of Science ( / Bachelor of Technology ( / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)Post-Graduation: Master of Science ( /Master of Technology ( / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)Experience:
