Hiring: ServiceNow ITOM Discovery Developer | Location: Kochi (Onsite) Position: ServiceNow ITOM Discovery Developer Experience Level: 8–10 years (Minimum 5–6 years relevant in ServiceNow Development) Location: Kochi (Work from Office) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (Max 45 days) Budget: Open – will be discussed case by case Open Positions: 4 (B3 level ) Mandatory Skills ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / CMDB / Integration Please specify clearly: ✅ ITSM only ✅ ITOM only ✅ Both ITSM & ITOM Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions (on-prem & cloud) Configure and manage Discovery infrastructure , schedules, credentials, and MID servers Develop and maintain governance processes for Discovery and Service Mapping Create and update documentation, health reports, and dashboards Resolve Discovery and Service Mapping issues Design integrations between ServiceNow and external systems Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery & Cloud Discovery Experience with MID Servers, IRE rules, logs, patterns, and probes Knowledge of HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, REST protocols Familiarity with Shell/Bash, PowerShell, XML, JSON Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills ServiceNow CSA / ITOM Certification preferred
