Hiring: ServiceNow ITOM Discovery Developer | Location: Kochi (Onsite)Position: ServiceNow ITOM Discovery DeveloperExperience Level: 8–10 years (Minimum 5–6 years relevant in ServiceNow Development)Location: Kochi (Work from Office)Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (Max 45 days)Budget: Open – will be discussed case by caseOpen Positions: 4 (B3 level )Mandatory SkillsServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / CMDB / IntegrationPlease specify clearly:✅ ITSM only✅ ITOM only✅ Both ITSM & ITOMKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions (on-prem & cloud)Configure and manage Discovery infrastructure , schedules, credentials, and MID serversDevelop and maintain governance processes for Discovery and Service MappingCreate and update documentation, health reports, and dashboardsResolve Discovery and Service Mapping issuesDesign integrations between ServiceNow and external systemsRequired Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery & Cloud DiscoveryExperience with MID Servers, IRE rules, logs, patterns, and probesKnowledge of HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, REST protocolsFamiliarity with Shell/Bash, PowerShell, XML, JSONStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsServiceNow CSA / ITOM Certification preferred
