Responsibilities:

- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success.

- Facilitate Joint Application Development sessions (JAD) with Business Users and Stakeholders to gather requirements effectively.

- Coordinate with agile coaches and product owners to push for product/sprint backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Manage documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication to keep all parties informed of project progress.

- Lead sprint planning, scrum meetings, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in product development processes.

- Oversee the creation of user stories, sprint planning, backlog management, and sprint demo sessions.

- Forecast, budget, and invoice for project resources, ensuring optimal utilization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new business and IT processes that align with the SDLC.

- Monitor project progress, remove urgencies, and ensure strategic alignment of information resources with business priorities.

- Drive quality assurance procedures, risk management, and change management initiatives.

- Conduct data migration and transfer between different systems and databases.

- Manage deliverables, UATs, and go-lives, ensuring successful project outcomes.

- Monitor IoT machines, networking activities, and resource utilization to optimize project performance.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Required Skills:


- 4+ years of experience in project management, solution analysis, business analysis, and management.

- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

- Experience working on SaaS-based projects and managing large cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, and ServiceNow.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to articulate a vision, execute business strategies, and address both business and technical challenges effectively.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and evaluate information systems issues.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in project management or agile methodologies are a plus.
