Hiring Plant Manager for Ivory Agro Foods Pvt Ltd , A Leading Food Products (Snacks) Manufacturing Company

Responsibilities:Oversee the overall functioning of the plant, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and reduce production costs while maintaining quality standards.Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, operators, and other staff to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of overall company goals.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure timely availability of raw materials and efficient logistics operations.Implement and maintain systems for inventory management, production planning, and quality control.Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on plant performance, production targets, and other relevant metrics.Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in manufacturing to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Annual CTC:

7 Lakhs / PA

Eligibility Criteria:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the Snacks / Food Products / FMCG industry, preferably in managing large-scale factories.Proven expertise as a Plant Manager or similar role.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards in the food industry.Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.
