Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Annotator to join our team for a Generative AI (GenAI) project. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer-facing roles (support or sales) and possess excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annotate, label, and curate data to train and improve GenAI models.
  • Review and analyze text, audio, or chat data for relevance, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Write, rewrite, and refine English content to meet linguistic and AI training standards.
  • Collaborate with the data science and linguistics teams to ensure high-quality data output.
  • Follow project guidelines and meet daily/weekly annotation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Sales Support, or Technical Support roles.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to read and comprehend content, identify patterns, and annotate accordingly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of Generative AI or willingness to learn.
