Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented NLP Annotators to join our team. As an NLP Annotator, you will play a crucial role in the development and improvement of natural language processing (NLP) models. Your primary responsibility will be to annotate and label large datasets, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the data used to train and validate NLP algorithms.

MUST HAVE- Experience in NLP Annotations using text and audio data in text classifications, summarizations, transcriptions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Annotation and Labelling: Accurately annotate and label text data according to specified guidelines and criteria. This may include tasks such as named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, part-of-speech tagging, and other NLP-related annotations.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on annotated data to ensure precision and consistency. Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in the annotated datasets.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of annotation guidelines and procedures. Keep records of any issues or challenges encountered during the annotation process.

Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to evolving annotation guidelines, project requirements, and changes in NLP model development.

Feedback and Improvement: Provide constructive feedback on the annotation guidelines and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the annotation process.

Preferred Skills:
Good English language comprehension and communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar data annotation role within the NLP domain.

Knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques.

Familiarity with domain-specific terminology and language.

Bachelors degree equivalent required.

**Salary**: ₹190,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
