Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead, who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the companys vision and strategy.

The Delivery Lead is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Delivery Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the companys overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee delivery of multiple projects/products, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop delivery managers, project managers, and scrum masters.
  • Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, metrics, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to align delivery with priorities.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking delivery metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Delivery management along with 5 years of experience into team handling.
  • Proven experience leading product initiatives that involve search, filters, discovery, or conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fluent in data tools and experimentation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
