About Us:

A A Garg is a leading Management consulting firm providing specializing services in the domain of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), ESG.


Roles and Responsibilites:


- Lead and manage the Sustainability Services division, focusing on EPR projects (plastic, e-waste, battery, tyre, used oil).  

- Oversee compliance management, verification, assurance, and consulting services for clients.  

- Achieve financial targets by managing P&L and key performance indicators (KPIs).  

- Build and develop a high-performance team, offering guidance and professional development.  

- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying business growth opportunities.  

- Lead business development efforts, including client acquisition, sales, and proposal preparation.  

- Implement marketing strategies to enhance the firm's industry visibility and reputation.  

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to EPR and ESG.  

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective project execution and client satisfaction.  

- Prepare regular progress reports and financial performance updates for management review.  

- Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.  


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, communications, sustainability, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in EPR,ESG domain, sustainability field with firsthand with team management and knowing the art of getting things done. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and media contacts. 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. 
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, driving collaboration and achieving results. 
  • Proven experience in business development, public relations, marketing, and ESG project execution, ideally within a similar industry. 
  • Strong understanding of the EPR frameworks, sustainability domain, ESG frameworks, and their integration into business strategies.
