Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Analyst. The Real Estate Analyst will analyze and underwrite USA Multifamily real estate properties, conduct due diligence, evaluate financial data and investments, and perform real estate appraisals.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Finance, Investments
  • Experience in due diligence and real estate appraisals
  • Strong understanding of financial data and analysis
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and market research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
