Java Architect will be responsible for the architecture of our product end to end. Reporting to the Director of Engineering and working closely with all the engineering functions and the scrum teams.

Drive an open and extendible architecture, ensuring relevant technology solutions are being adopted, good engineering practices are implemented, and the overall system design and architecture is kept while we develop new features to the market. You will have a key role in fostering innovation and ensuring adoption of new technologies as needed.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality enterprise product that is used by millions of users.

We expect to have an in-depth technical understanding of enterprise software architecture and be familiar with industry high industry technology standards.

1.Overall responsibility for the product architecture, Establish well architected and designed solution

2.Working with several scrum teams and actively involved in the design of multiple features in parallel

3.Mentor and develop engineers in all levels, Involved in hiring great engineers

4.Taking an active part in envisioning of next gen plans to achieve long term strategic objectives of the organization

5.Working with team in multiple geo locations

6. Present and communicate architecture to internal and external stakeholders

7.Code complex parts of the product on occasions, when needed. Perform code reviews to make sure code aligns with design, architecture and standards.


Qualifications :

· High personal potential and a passion for coding and software development. 15+ years of software development experience, at least 5 of them developing in enterprise software

  • BE/BTech degree or higher in computer science or computer engineering/information management systems from well-known university
  • Experience as software/systems architect with product company for more than 3 years.
  • Program experience – JAVA.
  • Proven experience developing strategic system architecture plans
  • Excellent Database expertise
  • Excellent Security development experience in enterprise grade products
  • Excellent experience with Design Patterns
  • Strong Experience with AWS and/or Azure
  • Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices
  • Above-average analytical, conceptual and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience conducting technology, trends, standards and products research
  • Experience providing guidance and leadership to novice systems engineers
  • Proven experience identifying, analyzing and resolving system problems
  • Dockers, Microservices, SOA a big plus
