Qualifications:

Experience: 12+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java technologies, including 3+ years in an architecture or lead role.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Java and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, Java EE, etc.).
Deep understanding of architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, SOA, event-driven architecture).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with front-end technologies and integration patterns.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and team development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of database design and optimization (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Certifications related to Java or cloud technologies.
