Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manage r with over 2 years of experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on social apps like Meta, Snapchat, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with performance marketing, creative strategy, and proficiency in tools like Appsflyer, Singular, and other marketing analytics tools. The role involves developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure ads are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Provide creative direction based on data insights to produce high-performing ad creatives.
- Test and iterate on ad creatives to identify what works best across different platforms and audience segments.
- Utilize Appsflyer, Singular, and other marketing analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI for stakeholders.
- Implement and optimize audience targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and allocate budgets across channels to ensure cost-effective spending.
- Continuously evaluate the performance of campaigns to optimize budget allocation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and data teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in Appsflyer, Singular, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in developing and optimizing ad creatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- The FRND team operates six days a week, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month as working days.
