Sales Executive

Job Description Role Sales Executive Experience Required 3 to 7 years Job Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify new business possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their demands and concerns. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders. Handle complaints or objections. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and improvise the strategies accordingly. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Liaise with Product Development department to ensure brand consistency and increase sales. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close, ensuring that customer information and sales data is accurate and up to date. Meet or exceed quarterly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation, sales activities, and closed deals. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings, adjusting sales strategies as required. Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be good with numbers. Good knowledge of using Excel, Powerpoint and ChatGPT. Must have experience in B2B Sales. An MBA Graduate is preferred.
