Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of solar products, materials, and equipment. Conduct regular audits and use inventory management software to track real-time data.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and terms.
- Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with sales and project teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
- Optimization: Implement strategies to minimize excess inventory, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse space for efficient storage.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze inventory data, identify trends, and prepare reports on key metrics to drive decision-making.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure inventory practices comply with industry standards and implement safety protocols for handling and storing equipment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train inventory staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in warehouse inventory management.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
