The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting complex API management and middleware systems, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high availability and performance of production platforms.Experience: 3-15 yearsLocation - PuneWork Mode - HybridJob Description:Must have skills:- Apigee Hybrid- SRE- Support, Monitoring, Troubleshooting- Middleware support- Knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS, OpenShift)- Mentoring experience- Understanding of API security protocols (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT) and networking fundamentals.- Troubleshooting DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).Key asks for the role:- This is a Senior Support Engineer–type role. We need candidates with at least some experience in Apigee Hybrid. (APIGEE Edge doesn’t run on Kuberentes hence,APIGEE Hybrid is required)- In addition, candidates should have experience in SRE-related tasks, such as monitoring the health of applications/platform-like pods are up and running?
