Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and monitoring deliverables.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare training materials/user guides.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst (IT industry preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), JIRA, Confluence, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of IT/software development projects.
  • Certification like CBAP, CCBA, or Agile Business Analyst.
