Role & responsibilities Company Secretary
Convening and conducting of Board, Committee and Annual General Meetings.
Preparation and filing of necessary forms / compliances with Registrar of Companies as required from time to time.
Preparing Boards Report, Resolution, Notices, convening meetings and minutes of meeting (Board, committee and General meetings).
Maintenance of all statutory records and registers as required under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
Liaising with Statutory authorities and Auditors of the Company.
Handling works relating to allotment, dematerialization, transfer and transmission of Shares.
Advice to the Board/Management on Good Governance Practices and compliances.
Any other work assigned by the Management from time to time.
Reporting to: Chairman.
Preferred candidate profile
Qual: ICSI cleared
Atleast 3+ years experience working in a Company Secretarial area, fund administration or similar
environment. in Hospital domain.
Very good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team as well as on own initiative.
The ability to keep clear and concise records and to add value to the Company Secretarial role.
Good experience of writing concise and accurate minutes.
Location:Pallikaranai.
