A day in your Life

You will lead a portfolio with many accounts and programs by partnering with senior leadership to deliver large scale, transformative data driven analytics programs.

Customer Centricity:

  • Understand your client’s requirements and translate them into relevant solutions.
  • You will work towards becoming a trusted partner with your client by regularly engaging with them.
  • Drive execution and Delivery excellence with Engineering mindset.
  • Showcase Innovation and thought leadership.

Technical / Domain Knowledge :

  • Leverage your knowledge in domain specific to consult with clients and help in solutioning.
  • Use your technical knowledge in Cloud Data Platform, Insights and Analytics and AI&ML to deliver world class solutions.
  • Invest time to continually upgrade you and your teams technical and functional skills.

Growth Mindset:

  • Support Sales/Customer success teams with developing relevant POVs, Proposals to grow your account/business unit.
  • Work closely with Data & AI data CoEs to build competitive solutions leveraging IP and project accelerators for strong Go to Market messaging.

Execution and Delivery Excellence

  • Leverage your business acumen to deliver all programs against the financial goals.
  • With Engineering mindset, deliver the programs successfully.
  • Builds and ensures self/team follow best practices, adhering to the processes and proactively identify and manage risks.

People Leadership & Collaboration

  • Responsible for building highly motivated and engaged teams.
  • Sharing knowledge, advises, assists, empowers, mentors and provides feedback to others to encourage, motivate and inspire the development of individual competencies and long-term career growth.
  • Support the organization in acquiring top talent and creating an enjoyable work environment.


What we are looking for:

  • 16+ years leading experience in IT and very good experience in Data and Analytics Delivery
  • 10 years of experience in any of industry domain, good understanding of the industry domain and has the ability to drive industry use case-based solutions, collaborating on GTM for industry specific domain for the Data Analytics offerings.
  • Good technical background and ability to understand technical nuances background of data engineering and BI technologies.
  • Proven history of Technical and Delivery exposure, experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / Snowflake / GCP).
  • Strong Project and Program Management capabilities.
  • Strong Delivery Management experience, building teams, managing the P&L, driving growth for the portfolio.
  • Good experience in Agile ways of working and driving delivery excellence.
  • Good experience in building and managing relationship with senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong people management experience talent development, coaching, career management, people engagement and someone who is a People Leader.
  • Proven track record working across large cross functional teams in a matrixed environment.


Your roles and responsibilities:

  • Key KRA’s: Delivery Excellence, Revenue, Delivery Margin, Customer NPS, People Attrition
  • Own one of the portfolios for the Data & AI Practice.
  • DriveGTM working closely with the Vertical teams and the CoE teams.
  • Drive growth for the industry specific vertical.
  • Ownthe Delivery for the portfolio globally and ensure delivery excellence, customer NPS.
  • Workclosely with client stakeholders, build relationship and drive customer success.
  • Own the Delivery Operations for the portfolio including Forecasting, Delivery Margin, SOW, SLA and other operational KPI’s for the portfolio.
  • Build Talent and team for the portfolio and become self-sufficient.
  • Drive industry thought leadership in the Data Analytics space.
  • Engagement with people and ensure the portfolio achieves the people goals of engagement and attrition.
  • Drive the presales and business development working closely with practice GTM, Solutions and CoE’s along with the Vertical Market team.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors.
  • Groom Engineering talent in the practice and drive superior engineering practices and standards in the organization.
