Position: Digital Transformation Delivery Manager

Role Overview:
As the Digital Transformation Delivery Manager, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and successful realization of our organization's digital transformation initiatives. Your strategic vision, coupled with your hands-on experience in driving technology-enabled change, will be instrumental in shaping our future-ready business landscape.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with our business objectives, fostering innovation and growth. Collaborate with executive stakeholders to ensure a clear vision and unified approach towards digital transformation. Project Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with defined goals and timelines. Craft meticulous project plans encompassing resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance. Cultivate a culture of agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement within the project management framework. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge partnerships across departments, leveraging diverse expertise to orchestrate seamless integration of digital solutions. Champion a culture of cross-functional collaboration, promoting knowledge sharing and synergistic problem-solving. Technology & Innovation: Oversee the identification and evaluation of cutting-edge technologies that drive efficiency, customer experience, and competitiveness. Guide the selection and implementation of transformative tools, platforms, and methodologies. Change Leadership: Develop and execute change management strategies that mitigate resistance and promote organizational readiness. Inspire employees to embrace the digital shift, empowering them with the skills and mindset for continuous adaptation. Risk Mitigation & Performance Tracking: Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables. Establish performance metrics and dashboards to track project progress, fostering data-driven decision-making. Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of experts, instilling a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. Nurture professional growth and skill development, fostering a high-performing, motivated team. S trategic Insights: Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to infuse informed insights into the digital transformation strategy. Identify untapped opportunities and recommend strategic pivots based on evolving market dynamics.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technology. 15 + years of progressive experience in leading complex digital transformation initiatives. A track record of delivering complex projects within scope, on time, and with measurable impact. Deep comprehension of emerging technologies such as Web3.0, Microservice, and cloud computing. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, inspiring collaboration and fostering strong relationships across hierarchies. Proven expertise in navigating organizational change, effectively managing resistance and enabling buy-in. Strong analytical acumen, coupled with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences. Relevant certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, Agile, are desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills. Ability to be nimble, proactive, comfortable working with minimal specifications. Experience with short release cycles. Experience in hiring smart, versatile engineers. Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience in communicating with users, non-technical teams, and product management to understand requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs. Experience with Java/Microsoft Stack, DevOps is a plus.-
