Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Business Development professional located in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as technical sales, communication with clients, providing technical support, sales activities, and customer service.


Experience: 3-5 years


We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales / BD Specialist with a passion for VR, AR, AI technologies and a strong background in consultative selling. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to drive sales and foster long-term client relationships. Your primary objective will be to understand client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of VR, AR, AI technologies and effectively articulate their benefits to prospective clients.

  

2. Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client challenges, propose customized solutions, and establish long-term partnerships.

  

3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

  

4. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  

5. Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to capitalize on market opportunities.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven track record of 3-5 years in technical sales, with a focus on VR, AR, and AI technologies. (or Technology Solution Selling)

- Demonstrated success in consultative selling and solution-oriented approaches.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- International Sales Experience will be a plus.
