- Work on Workday HCM, providing technical expertise and guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including working with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients, leveraging your expertise in Workday HCM and related technologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Workday HCM.
- Good To Have Skills: No Technology Specialization.
- Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and related methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in technology, business, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
