Workday Tester

Role: Workday Tester
Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Location: PAN India (All LTIMindtree office locations)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday implementations.
2. Configure Workday modules to support HR, Finance, or other functional areas based on client needs.
3. Lead design sessions with clients to map business processes and requirements to Workday functionality.
4. Develop and maintain Workday configurations, including business process definitions, security roles, and integrations.
5. Create and execute test plans to validate Workday configurations and ensure they meet business requirements.
6. Provide training and support to end users on Workday functionality and best practices.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and functionality.
8. Stay updated on Workday releases and new features, and assess their impact on existing configurations.
9. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers.
10. Participate in project planning, status meetings, and project documentation as needed.
11. Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
12. In-depth knowledge of Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, or Benefits.
13. Strong understanding of business processes in HR, Finance, or related functional areas.
14. Experience with Workday configuration, including business process definition, security setup, and report writing.
