Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as an email marketing specialist at La Petite Alice. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day email marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing data, generating leads, and implementing marketing automation. This role requires strong communication skills and expertise in email marketing software.
Qualifications
Content Creation: Write and design engaging newsletters tailored to various audience segments.
Campaign Management: Schedule and send newsletters using email marketing platforms.
List Management: Maintain and update subscriber lists.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze metrics (open rates, click-through rates) to optimize campaigns.
A/B Testing: Conduct tests to improve email performance.
Compliance: Ensure emails comply with CAN-SPAM and other regulations.Experience in marketing analytics and data analysis
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the fashion industry is preferred
Requirements:
Proven experience in email marketing.
Proficiency with email marketing tools (OMNISEND).
Strong writing and editing skills.
Analytical mindset for tracking and improving campaign performance.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
Competitive rate per newsletter, based on complexity and scope. Per Newsletter : INR 300 - 450
Payment on a per-newsletter basis, with potential bonuses for exceptional performance.
