2. Email Marketing:Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.Design and optimize email templates using HTML and CSS.Track email performance metrics and analyze results.

3. Marketing Automation:Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Develop and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, email marketing, and lead scoring.

4. Data Management:Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the marketing automation platform.Segment and clean data to support targeted marketing campaigns.Analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights.

5. Reporting and Analytics:Prepare regular marketing performance reports, including key metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.

6. HTML Development:Create and maintain HTML-based email templates and landing pages.Ensure compatibility with various email clients and devices.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).Excellent data management and analysis skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HTML and CSS.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Certification in marketing automation or digital marketing.
