Job Title: HR Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, as well as performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries
Maintain accurate HR records and databases
Provide administrative support for HR-related activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage HRMIS and generate reports as needed
Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in HR software and systems
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Salary:
₹23,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Benefits:

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with HR software and systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
